"Jump" in a sexual context, as in "jump your bones"; means that the person wants you so bad that he/she feels like they're going to attack you. (I am not talking about violence, just a strong desire)

In a violent context, as in "he got jumped"; it means that the person was violently attacked. I have never heard it used to mean a one on one fight. It was always the case where it was two or more against one. (cowards) Street gangs have the term "getting jumped in". This means the person who wants to become a member of the gang has to fight against a selected number of gang members at the same time. The logic behind it is that in their world there is no such thing as a fair fight. You have to prove that if you and your friends got "jumped" by a rival gang, and were outnumbered, you wouldn't be a liability.
